Network Diagnostic Tool
NDT is a multifunctional network diagnostic tool which performs as a traceroute and ping program. The program sends packets with low TTLs on purpose in order to check the connection between HOSTNAME and the host NDT. While it is continuing packets sending with low TTL it checks and marks down the response time of the intermediate routers. It allows the program to print the percentage of response and response time of the internet route to HOSTNAME. An abrupt growth of response time or packetloss often means that link is bad (or just overloaded)
